Please join us for an overview of a newly developed pre-certification drone safety program that Louisiana State University (LSU) AgCenter is providing at the request of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (Louisiana’s state lead agency).

This webinar will provide PSEPs the core information and resources needed to develop a drone safety program for certified applicators using drones for pesticide application.
Webinar topics will include:
- Federal requirements for becoming a licensed drone operator.
- Overview of basic rules and regulations to be followed.
- Suggested list of topics and issues to be used for training-material development.
The materials referenced in this presentation will be provided for interested individuals and can be modified for use in other states as needed.
